By installing or using EjetClip ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install it. We've kept this short and plain-English; if a clause sounds unfair, email us.
1. The licence we grant you
EjetClip grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the desktop app on devices you own or control, subject to your plan limits (Free / Pro / Enterprise). Reverse-engineering the binary, redistributing the installer outside ejetclip.com, or removing our branding from the UI is not allowed.
2. Plan limits
Your plan is enforced by a signed licence token that the app verifies offline.
- Free — 3 source videos / month · max 30 min per source · up to 5 clips / video.
- Pro — 30 source videos / month · max 120 min per source · up to 10 clips / video.
- Enterprise — 999 source videos / month · max 480 min per source · up to 20 clips / video.
We bill based on the plan you activate. Tampering with the local counter to bypass limits revokes your licence.
3. Your content stays yours
You retain all rights to the videos you import, the clips EjetClip generates from them, and the captions / metadata you write. We claim no licence over any of it. The clips live on your machine (or in your own BYO-Storage like Google Drive / Dropbox if you connect one); we don't host them.
4. What you may not clip / post
You may only feed EjetClip videos you have the right to process and republish. Specifically you may not:
- Process copyrighted material without permission from the rightsholder.
- Use the app to harass, dox, or impersonate anyone.
- Generate or post deepfakes, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates the destination platform's own rules.
- Use the app to mass-spam YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok in ways that violate their developer policies — we'll suspend your licence on a credible complaint from any of those platforms.
You are solely responsible for any DMCA strike, account suspension, or legal claim arising from content you process or publish through the app.
5. Third-party services
Posting requires you to connect your own YouTube / Instagram / TikTok accounts via OAuth and your own AI keys (Groq, Anthropic, OpenAI) — or use our shared keys baked into the installer at our discretion. You agree to abide by each provider's terms of service:

If a third party suspends your access, EjetClip can't restore it for you.
6. Updates
The app checks
ejetclip.com/api/desktop/latest-version on launch
and prompts you to install updates. You may decline; security
fixes may eventually be required for the app to keep working.
7. No warranty
EjetClip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-selected clips may include awkward cuts, mis-transcriptions, or subjectively-poor moment choices. Always preview before posting.
8. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of EjetClip is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost followers, lost ad revenue, lost time.
9. Termination
You can stop using EjetClip at any time — uninstall + follow the Data Deletion Guide. We can terminate your licence if you breach these terms or if a third-party platform credibly reports abuse. Termination ends your right to install or use the app; refunds are at our discretion and not owed for breach-based terminations.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be heard in the courts competent for our registered place of business.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are flagged in the app on next launch and dated at the top of this page. If a change is unacceptable to you, stop using the app and delete your data — that's the deal.
